Booking

• All sessions run as 1.5 hour sesions, you are of course welcome to book two in a row, Please use our online booking system to secure your space as numbers are now limited.

• Private hire 1.5 hour slots are for your household and or bubble gatherings only, please call us if you need any more info

• Please only book in your 5 and under's, Parents do not need to book or pay.

• All children unless babies in arms MUST be booked, please book any crawlers at full price and you will be refunded at the venue.

• Please turn up at the right time and leave 1.5 hours later unless otherwise ok’d

• Buggies will not be allowed inside and we will be asking that our cloakroom area is used for shoes and coats.

• All participants must be aged 5 and below.

• A minimum of one parent or guardian for every 3 children must be present.

• Strictly no picnics or food to be brought on site, food and drink is available at the café for dietary requirements please contact prior to your visit.

• Socks must be worn while on the SoftPlay at all times by adults and children no shoes or bare feet.

• All bookings are subject to a non-cancellation policy, outside of 7 days from your booking you can amend the date and time of your session however all bookings within a 7-day period have to be honoured with no refunds granted and no changes to time slots or dates available.
